My studio is in the Historic Calo Theater Building in the friendly north side Chicago neighborhood of Andersonville. I am on a second-floor walkup, so being able to walk up a tall flight of stairs is essential. It is a quiet, safe, clean, well-kept-up vintage building with a secure entryway. Bathrooms are available next door to my studio.
Enjoy viewing an exhibit of historic Chicago photographs displayed in the building corridor. Many of my clients take extra time before or after their treatment to visit the Howard Brown Resale Shop and the many unique boutique-style retail stores nearby. There is an assortment of fabulous restaurants, cafes and bars open at various hours for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Kopi Cafe is one of my favorites.
The Swedish Museum and Edgewater Historical Society are thriving must-sees in Andersonville.
Parking is free on adjoining sides streets -- no stickers required. Paybox parking is available on Clark Street for $2 an hour.
Please call, text or email me for appointments. Note that a 24-hour cancelation is required for all non-emergency situations to avoid being charged for your reserved appointment. Follow me on Twitter for postings of last-minute openings: #malouise
If you are sick with a cold or flu, please allow at least one day of being symptom-free before getting a massage.
I build my small business through the referrals of my lovely clients. I have a referral incentive of $10 off your next treatment if you send someone to me. The person your refer also receives a $10 discount off of their first treatment. I appreciate your support of my small business.
